Procedure in case of return of goods

First of all, thank you for ordering from www.padmini.ch!

We offer an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for an exchange or refund
The returned goods must be in the same condition as the goods received.
The goods must be in their original packaging.

Products sold at promotional prices will not be refunded or replaced unless they are delivered to you damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

For any return of goods, the costs are at your expense. If the goods are returned because they do not conform (wrong colour or size, damaged item, etc.) the costs are at our expense.

Exchange
Only products that arrive damaged will be replaced. To obtain a refund or an exchange, you must send us an image of the item in question to our e-mail address: [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your package.
It may happen that you do not receive an ordered item, due to an oversight on our part. In this case, please inform us immediately upon receipt of the package. The missing article will be sent to you later free of charge or refunded, according to prior agreement.
It may happen that you receive a different article from the one ordered (wrong colour, wrong size, etc.). The item ordered, in the right size and colour, will be sent to you later free of charge or refunded if it is unavailable.
In any case, please contact us if you have a problem with an order, we will always find a solution.

In case of cancellation of an order placed on our website and not yet shipped. The amount of the order will be refunded to you minus the commission fee of the financial institution (PayPal, Postfinance, etc.)

Return of goods
Never return goods to the manufacturer. Contact us so that we can give you instructions and the exact address for the return.
If the return is free of charge, we will provide you with a return form to print and stick on the package.
