Nippon Kodo Aroma-Bliss Edo Modern Incense
The Edo or Tokugawa (Tokyo's former name) culture was, in the early 19th century, flourished by the city's inhabitants. One of the phenomena born out of this culture is the Japanese dress pattern called "Edo Komon". The style of clothing used during this period was created in the samurai society, where people expressed themselves with unique patterns and colours, following precise and very strict dress codes. These patterns are still very visible today.
An incense with a fruity and slightly sweet and sour fragrance with notes of bright cinnamon and refreshing vanilla. Contains the famous binchōtan coal.
