How to use Baieido Ensei incense sticks

Place the incense stick vertically into a sturdy holder made of ceramic, stone or metal, and light the tip briefly. Gently blow out the flame after two to three seconds – the stick will then burn steadily, scenting the room evenly. Perfect for meditation, yoga, or a mindful pause at any point in the day.
