How are the loose resins and substances packaged?

The loose goods are sold in bags or plastic containers. Please note that if you order several items of the same product, they will be packed in a single container. For example, you ordered 5 units of 50 g myrrh. You will then receive a single bag containing 250 g of myrrh rather than 5 bags of 50 g each. We can, of course, send you the goods separately, but in this case you must specify this when placing your order.

What are the delivery times ?

In general, orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. Delivery times are 48 hours, but of course depend on the postal services running smoothly. For the reasons mentioned above, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

I have placed an order but have not received confirmation.

You must proceed to the very end of the order process and click on ‘Buy’. You will then receive confirmation automatically within a few seconds. Perhaps you entered your email address incorrectly when creating your customer account? Please check this and, if necessary, contact us using the contact form.

Products

I have placed an order and chosen to pay in advance. How long will the items I have ordered be reserved?

Once you have submitted your order, the items you have ordered will no longer be available to other visitors to the site. However, to allow other customers to order these products in case you change your mind or do not pay for your order, we will put them back online after one week from the order date. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us to request a longer period or to enquire about the availability of the products.

I have added items to the shopping basket, but the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button is not visible.

If the amount of your order is less than CHF 20.00, you will not be able to complete the order. In this case, you will need to add more items to your shopping basket to reach this amount.

Shipping

I cannot order any items because the ‘Add to basket’ button is not visible.

1. The product is out of stock. (Look for the note ‘Currently unavailable’) 2. The product is available, but requires you to select an option (size, colour, etc.). In this case, you must open the product page to access the options (drop-down menu). 3. The item can be ordered, but under special conditions and with prior approval.

How are resins and incense burned?

1. Light a charcoal tablet.

2. Place it on the grate of the incense burner (which you have prepared beforehand).

3. When the tablet is burning (as soon as it stops smoking), place a small amount of resin directly on the charcoal.
