Make sure you completed the full checkout process and clicked "Confirm my order". The confirmation is sent automatically within seconds of validation.
If you still haven't received it, a typo in your email address when creating your account may be the cause. Please check this and contact us via the contact form if needed.

There are three possible reasons:
1. The product is out of stock — it will show "Not available at the moment".
2. The product requires selecting an option (size, fragrance, etc.) — click on the product page to access the dropdown menu.
3. The product is available under special conditions — please contact us via the contact form.

If your order total is below the minimum order value of CHF 15.– (excluding shipping, see T&Cs Art. 3), checkout is blocked. Add more items to reach this amount.

Once your order is placed, the items are reserved for you and removed from the shop. If no payment is received, the order is automatically cancelled after 7 days.

Advance payment is now standard practice, including in Switzerland. If you choose bank transfer, please follow the instructions in your order confirmation and transfer the amount to our account. Your order will be dispatched once payment is received.

All paid orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 48 hours, subject to postal services — we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe.
For small orders (500 g or less, thickness 5 cm or less), we can ship by Priority Midilettre for CHF 4.90 (next-day delivery, including Saturdays). If this option applies, the difference is deducted from your payment.

Resins and substances are shipped in plastic bags, plastic jars, or paper bags depending on the product. If you order several units of the same item, they may be grouped into a single container.
Example: 5 x 100 g of Palo Santo may arrive as a single 500 g bag. If you prefer separate packaging, please note this in your order comments.

The Three Kings' Church Incense blends are used in the same way as all our other resins (frankincense, myrrh, benzoin, etc.):
1. Light a charcoal disc.
2. Place it on the censer grill or in the prepared bowl.
3. Once the disc is fully lit (no more smoke), place a small amount of resin directly onto the charcoal.
Tip:
Let the charcoal burn for at least 15 minutes before adding the resin — it will be less hot and the result will be much better.
