How to use Naturense incense sticks – for meditation, yoga and wellbeing

Insert the incense stick into the holder provided and light the tip briefly. Gently blow out the flame after two to three seconds – the stick will then burn quietly for around 30 minutes. Enough time for a full meditation session, a yoga practice or a mindful moment of relaxation.
