Himalayan Herbs Centre – Tibetan Incense from Kathmandu (11)
Himalayan Herbs Centre incense sticks, made in Kathmandu, combine Himalayan medicinal plants, aromatic woods and resin incense in an honest, woody and slightly rustic style — typical of Nepal's handcrafted fumigation incense, for meditation, purification and spiritual practice.
Tibetan incense for meditation, purification and wellbeing
The range offers a wide palette of Tibetan blends — from classic sandalwood and juniper compositions to amber herb mixes, for different spiritual intentions:
Classic incense — Blue Sky, Lumbini and Yaan: balanced, traditional blends of Himalayan herbs and aromatic woods for quiet meditation and daily practice.
Spiritual references — Dorje, Manjushree, Snow Lion and Zhempo: incense dedicated to Buddhist symbols and deities, for clarity, protection and inner wellbeing.
Auspicious blends — Tashi Dhargey and Special Blue Grade: blends for positive energy, space purification and a harmonious atmosphere.
Special Helambu & Dharma Chakra — Two distinctive blends: Special Helambu with plants from the Helambu region, and Dharma Chakra Tibetan Incense for meditative and ceremonial use.
How to use Tibetan incense sticks
Hold a flame briefly to the tip of the stick, then gently blow it out after a few seconds — the incense will smoulder steadily from there. Place in a stable holder made of ceramic, stone or metal to catch the ash. Burning time varies by blend, typically between 30 and 60 minutes.
Himalayan Herbs Centre also makes a meaningful gift for anyone who loves Tibetan incense, meditation and authentic Himalayan traditions.
