The collection brings together four important incense traditions from Tibet and Nepal — each with its own character and history:

  • Tara Healing — A medicinal Tibetan incense handcrafted at Tashi Choeling Monastery in Dharamsala, made from around 31 Himalayan medicinal plants according to traditional Tibetan medicine. A classic for meditation and inner calm.
  • Himalayan Herbal Incense — Handmade in Nepal, dedicated to great figures of Tibetan Buddhism: Guru Padmasambhava, Green Tara, Medicine Buddha and Zambala. Authentic in aroma, rich in spiritual depth.
  • Potala – Pimco — Produced by Potala Incense Mfg. Co. (Pimco) in Nepal, this Tibetan incense has been one of the most widely exported references worldwide for decades — a quiet classic found on European shelves since the 1990s.
  • Samadhi – Tharpa Choeling — Handcrafted by a community of Buddhist nuns in Nepal, for meditation, offerings and purification. The original Samadhi is herbal and grounding; Samadhi White Sandalwood adds a soft, woody note.

How to use: lighting Tibetan incense

Hold a flame briefly to the tip of the stick, then gently blow it out after a few seconds — the incense will smoulder steadily from there. Place it in a stable holder made of ceramic, stone or metal to catch the ash. Burning time varies by variety, typically between 30 and 60 minutes.
