Cast iron incense holders: textured trays and animal figures

The collection divides into two families — both crafted from the same high-quality Japanese cast iron:

Textured trays – maple leaf and square forms — Flat cast iron trays with a fine surface texture, in dark blue, light blue, brown and green. Understated, long-lasting and at home in any interior.
Animal figures – whale, dolphin, seal and leaf forms — Incense holders shaped as sea creatures and leaves, in black and red. Decorative and functional in equal measure.

How to use an Iwachu incense holder

All Iwachu holders are designed for standard Japanese incense sticks with a diameter of approximately 2 mm. The stick is inserted into the small opening in the figure or tray; the ash falls onto the holder's surface. The pieces are heavy enough to stay stable — still, place them on a heatproof surface as a precaution.
