Yemeni Frankincense
This incense from Yemen is of the highest quality. It is very similar to Omani frankincense, which is grown in the neighbouring country and is also a Boswellia sacra type resin.
It is less available than its Omani neighbour, and is produced in a country that grows and exports less incense resin. However, it is a very high quality frankincense in which we find all the qualities that have made Omani frankincense the most renowned in the world.
As with the latter, wait for the charcoal tablet to burn for a while (15 or 20 minutes) before putting the resin on it. This will give you a better scent and a slower burn.
