Blue Sage with Eucalyptus combines two aromatic plants used for incense in a bundle approximately 10 cm long. Light one end of the smudge bundle and allow the plant material to burn briefly. Then carefully blow out the flame so that the bundle continues to smoulder slowly and release smoke. Hold it over a heat-resistant bowl while burning or place it inside the bowl.
After use, carefully extinguish the embers completely. Ensure adequate ventilation while burning and never leave the smouldering bundle unattended.
