This brass incense pan with wooden handle is a compact incense vessel for traditional incense burning over charcoal. It has a removable perforated lid and a total length including the handle of approximately 17 cm.
Its design is inspired by traditional church incense vessels. Unlike standing censers or models with chains, this incense pan can be picked up by its wooden side handle and conveniently moved from one place to another during incense burning.
For frankincense and incense blends over charcoal
The incense pan is particularly suitable for burning pure frankincense and incense blends over a glowing charcoal tablet. The fully glowing incense charcoal is placed inside the vessel and sprinkled with a small amount of incense material. The perforated lid can then be fitted, allowing the resulting incense smoke to escape.

Instructions for safe use
Burning incense over charcoal generates high temperatures. Therefore, place the incense pan only on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave glowing incense charcoal unattended. The wooden handle makes it easier to pick up and move the vessel; however, the metal parts can become very hot during use. Allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
