Dakkara Frankincense Resin from Kenya
It's a dark-coloured resin, often in large chunks that don't look like traditional frankincense, but it's Boswellia resin, from northern Kenya in East Africa.
When fumigated, the scent is spicy, fresh and balsamic, with hints of camphor. The pieces are dry on the outside but sticky on the inside.
