Goloka Lotus are Indian masala incense sticks with a floral fragrance inspired by the lotus blossom. They are made by Goloka in Bangalore, India, and are part of the aromatic incense range produced by this well-known Indian brand.
The lotus fragrance is soft, floral and slightly sweet. Unlike more strongly woody or spicy incense sticks, the emphasis here is on a gentle floral note, set within the characteristically rich and full-bodied fragrance profile of an Indian masala incense stick.
Lotus in Indian tradition
The lotus flower holds particular cultural and religious significance in India. It is a traditional symbol in both Hinduism and Buddhism and is associated, among other things, with purity and spiritual development. A lotus-inspired incense fragrance is therefore especially well suited to meditation, yoga and quiet moments, but can also simply be used to create a pleasant fragrance in the home.
Fragrance profile
Floral, soft and slightly sweet, with the gentle character of a lotus blossom. The fragrance is rounded and harmonious and is particularly suitable for those who enjoy floral Indian incense sticks.
