ChuiWoon HyangDang Jing Kwan Incense Sticks 60 g – 24 cm

Jing Kwan by ChuiWoon HyangDang is a Korean incense with a particularly woody and resinous composition. According to the manufacturer's ingredient list, it contains frankincense (olibanum), agarwood (Aquilaria agallocha), sandalwood (Santalum) and other spices. This long version has the same composition and fragrance character as the shorter Jing Kwan variant, but its 24 cm incense sticks provide a longer burning time.

Like the other incense sticks in this series, Jing Kwan is made without synthetic oils, synthetic binders or artificial fragrances.

Fragrance profile

Jing Kwan has a warm, woody and resinous fragrance with spicy nuances. Frankincense contributes its characteristic balsamic, resinous character, while agarwood adds a deeper and more complex woody note. Sandalwood complements the composition with a softer, warm woody base. The other spices round out the fragrance and give it additional aromatic depth.

One important testimony to this tradition is the gilt-bronze incense burner from the 6th-century Baekje Kingdom, which is among the most impressive surviving examples of historical Korean incense culture. Long version for extended incense burning

This version contains 60 g of incense. The individual incense sticks are approximately 24 cm long and have a burning time of around 60 minutes. The long version therefore offers the same Jing Kwan fragrance as the shorter 14 cm version, but with a considerably longer burning time.
