Kozanmai by Kunjudo is a Japanese incense stick series available in three fresh fragrances: Sencha green tea, bamboo and Hinoki. A distinctive feature of the series is its odour-reducing effect, which is explicitly described by Kunjudo. The incense sticks were developed to help reduce unwanted odours while filling the room with a gentle, pleasant fragrance.

Three different Japanese fragrances

  • Sencha green tea: a fresh, green fragrance reminiscent of Japanese tea.
  • Bamboo: a gentle, green fragrance with a light and subtle character.
  • Hinoki: a clean, woody fragrance of Japanese Hinoki cypress.

The three variants therefore offer different ways to add a subtle fragrance to a room. They are available individually and are also offered together in a Kozanmai fragrance assortment.

For reducing unwanted room odours

According to Kunjudo, Kozanmai is characterised by a particularly effective odour-reducing action. The manufacturer recommends the series not only for rooms where food and drink odours may linger, but also, for example, for tea houses, restaurants and Japanese tatami rooms.

When burned, the incense sticks help reduce unwanted odours while simultaneously releasing their respective green tea, bamboo or Hinoki fragrance into the room.

Kozanmai fragrance assortment with all three variants

For those wishing to discover all three fragrances or alternate between them, they are available together in the Kozanmai fragrance assortment. It contains approximately 40 incense sticks of each variant – Sencha green tea, bamboo and Hinoki – for a total of about 120 incense sticks.
