Kunjudo Tokusen Karin Incense Sticks – Sandalwood – 150 g

Kunjudo describes Tokusen Karin as a mild and elegant Japanese fragrance. Sandalwood provides the soft woody foundation, while calamus and cinnamon enrich the composition with aromatic and spicy nuances. The spice notes accompany the sandalwood without overshadowing its characteristic fragrance.

Tokusen Karin and Karin compared

The officially listed basic ingredients of Tokusen Karin and classic Karin are identical. Their fragrance compositions differ, however: while Kunjudo describes Karin as a modern and mild sandalwood fragrance, the manufacturer specifically highlights calamus and cinnamon in Tokusen Karin. This variant therefore offers a slightly more delicately spiced interpretation of the sandalwood theme within the Karin series.

Composition

Kunjudo lists Tabu bark powder, sandalwood and fragrances as the basic ingredients. In its description of the fragrance composition, the manufacturer additionally mentions natural aromas such as calamus and cinnamon. Agarwood is not listed as an ingredient in Tokusen Karin.

150 g large box

This large box contains approx. 150 g of Tokusen Karin incense sticks. The sticks are approximately 13.5 cm long and each burns for around 25 minutes. Kunjudo describes the smoke level as normal.

To use, light the tip of an incense stick and then blow out the flame. Place the glowing stick in a suitable incense holder and use it on a fire-resistant surface.
