Nippon Kodo Scentscape – Japanese Incense, 16 Fragrances

Scentscape by Nippon Kodo is a Japanese incense series featuring modern fragrance compositions inspired by the four seasons and different scent landscapes. Made in Japan, the collection comprises 16 varieties, ranging from floral and fruity notes to citrus fruits and woods, as well as gourmand combinations such as coffee, chocolate and matcha.

Each variety contains 30 Japanese incense sticks without a bamboo core. The sticks are approximately 14 cm long and burn for around 25 minutes.

Scentscape Spring – floral, green and fruity

The spring collection combines blossoms and fresh green notes with fruity and woody accents:

Sakura & Green Leaf: cherry blossom and fresh green leaves
Mimosa & White Musk: mimosa and white musk
Grapefruit & White Wood: grapefruit and light-coloured wood

Scentscape offers a deliberately modern interpretation of Japanese incense. Rather than focusing exclusively on traditional aromatic woods, the series explores a variety of fragrance themes and unusual combinations. This makes it possible to discover very different fragrances according to the season and personal preference.

The names of the individual varieties describe their respective fragrance profiles. They should not be taken to mean that the named plants, fruits, woods or food ingredients are necessarily present as such in the incense blend.
