Argan Oil 50 ml – Ceven Arômes

Argan oil from Ceven Arômes is a plant-based care oil obtained from the kernels of the fruit of the argan tree (Argania spinosa). The 50 ml bottle is intended for cosmetic use and is suitable for caring for the face, body and hair.

Argan oil naturally contains fatty acids, particularly oleic and linoleic acids, as well as tocopherols, which include forms of vitamin E. As a replenishing care oil, it helps keep the skin supple and maintain its natural moisture by limiting water loss through the skin.

Traditional care oil from Morocco

The argan tree is characteristic of southwestern Morocco. The oil is extracted from the almonds found inside the kernels of its fruit. Argan oil has been used by Morocco's Amazigh communities for centuries, both as a food and for traditional skin and hair care. Women play a central role in its traditional production and in passing on this knowledge.

The practices and knowledge associated with the argan tree were inscribed on UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2014.

As a body and facial oil, argan oil is particularly suitable for caring for dry areas of skin. A small amount can be gently massaged into the skin. It can also be used to care for the hands and cuticles.
