Baieido Shukohkoku Daikunkoh Extra Long Incense Sticks 34 cm – 75 g

Shukohkoku Daikunkoh by Baieido is the extra-long version of the classic Shukohkoku incense from Osaka, Japan. Due to their exceptional length, the 34 cm long incense sticks have a larger diameter and burn for approximately 2 hours.

The incense composition is the same as in the shorter Shukohkoku variants and combines Indian sandalwood and Vietnamese agarwood with cassia, star anise, patchouli, clove and other ingredients. Its fragrance is warm, woody and spicy: sandalwood forms a soft foundation, agarwood adds depth to the composition, while the spices provide distinctive aromatic accents. Patchouli complements the fragrance profile with an earthy note.

Daikunkoh – the extra-long Shukohkoku

At 34 cm long, Shukohkoku Daikunkoh differs significantly from the standard sticks and the 24 cm version. The sticks also have a larger diameter. As a result, this version achieves a burning time of approximately 2 hours per stick. The pack contains a total of 75 g.

Japanese incense by Baieido

Shukohkoku is one of the woody-spicy incense compositions by Baieido from Osaka. Those already familiar with the fragrance of the shorter Syukohkoku sticks will find the same composition in Daikunkoh, presented in an especially long format for a correspondingly extended burning time.

Depending on the romanisation from Japanese, this incense can also be found under spellings such as Shu Koh Koku. The different names refer to the same incense composition by Baieido.
