Chakra Incense Sticks by Mandala Art & Incense are Tibetan incense sticks from Nepal, with seven varieties each associated with one of the seven chakras and its own distinctive fragrance. The incense sticks are available individually by chakra or as a complete series containing all seven varieties.

-
Crown Chakra: frankincense and Indian spikenard
-
Third Eye Chakra: rose
-
Throat Chakra: chamomile
-
Heart Chakra: jasmine
-
Solar Plexus Chakra: lemongrass
-
Sacral Chakra (Navel): sandalwood
-
Root Chakra: cedarwood
Incense and the seven chakras
In Hindu and Buddhist traditions, the term chakra refers to various energy centres of the body. In modern meditation and incense practices, fragrances are often associated with these seven chakras. This incense series draws on these associations, linking each chakra with a characteristic fragrance.
The individual varieties can be selected according to personal fragrance preference. The complete series of seven boxes includes all the fragrances and makes it possible to discover and compare their different aromatic characters.

Each box contains approx. 19 incense sticks and one holder. The burning time is approx. 40 minutes per stick. To use, light the tip of an incense stick, allow it to burn briefly, blow out the flame, then place it in the included holder and allow it to smoulder.
