Nag Champa, Super Hit and the variety of Satya incense

Satya BNG and Satya MUM – why are there two manufacturers?
The Satya brand traces its origins to Shrinivas Sugandhalaya, founded in 1964 by K.N. Satyam Setty. Following the reorganisation in 2014, two independent companies emerged, both offering incense under the Satya name. BNG refers to the historic production line in Bengaluru, while MUM identifies the production in Mumbai.
Although packaging and product names may be similar, the fragrance compositions of the two manufacturers are not necessarily identical. For this reason, Padmini consistently distinguishes products by manufacturer and provides separate collections for BNG and MUM.
How to use Indian incense sticks and incense cones
Satya incense is suitable for fragrancing rooms and is often used during meditation, yoga or quiet moments in everyday life. Incense sticks should be placed in a suitable holder, while incense cones should rest on a heat-resistant surface. Light the tip, allow it to burn briefly, then gently blow out the flame. The glowing ember gradually releases the fragrance. Burning time varies depending on the product and format.
